Dear customers,
Please read and respect the following regulation for your own & AQVA’s clientele safety and comfort
> Access to the swimming pool and the use of sunbeds & chaise lounges is allowed only to those who pay the related rates (presented on www.aqva.ro), within the following operating schedule*:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: 10.00 AM – 11 PM
*except for the days when private events take place in the premises
AQVA reserves the right to select its clientele.
> Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 years old can enter the pool only with special waterproof diapers. The accompanying parent/guardian assumes responsibility for their supervision.
> To enter the pool, you must shower beforehand and wear a full bathing suit. Bathing in underwear is not accepted, moreover topless or indecent outfits are prohibited.
>People who suffer from dermatological conditions, contagious diseases or who have open wounds on their body cannot enter the water. We reserve the right to refuse access to the pool to people who present such conditions. The concealment/non-declaration of these health-related aspects exempts the AQVA pool from any liability.
>In the pool you can't smoke and you can't consume any food or alcoholic drinks. It is also forbidden to throw objects into the pool.
>No drinks or food products will be brought from outside AQVA complex.
> Violent and imprudent games that can cause injuries are not allowed in the pool area.
> AQVA is not responsible for damages to visitors’ health and life when they are caused by clients or minors who accompany them, or if accidents happen through the fault of other people.
> We discourage any obscene, indecent language, offensive and brutal gestures or any behavior that may affect the comfort and integrity of customers
>Video surveillance is operated only in legally allowed areas
>The AQVA pool cannot be converted into a toilet. The reagents used identify the people who urinate in the water. These persons will pay damages to the other present customers and incur the costs for changing the water in the pool.
>Maintaining cleanliness, complying to the sanitary norms and having a decent behavior towards or staff is an essential condition in AQVA premises.
>Any damage to the furniture, equipment, sanitary installations or other similar goods automatically attracts the penalization of the guilty persons.
>Please do not move the sunbeds, chaise-lounges, etc. at will, do contact AQVA staff in this regard.
>We do not take responsibility for the loss of personal belongings/valuables left unattended.
>Persons who do not comply with this regulation will be evicted and will no longer be granted access to the complex in case of repeated violations of the regulation.
